Home is Where the Heart is....
"Homebirth is a powerful reminder that birth is a natural, normal, and profoundly transformative experience that doesn't need to be medicalized unless there's a genuine medical need." - Sarah Buckley
Testimonials
I had the longest birth ever and Tiffany was there through every step coaching, guiding, supporting. Keeping me calm through the pain and discomfort, and making me laugh when I wanted to cry. I can’t say enough wonderful things about her. 10/10 book her. She, along with these 2 other amazing women helped me achieve a dream I had, a natural home birth for my last baby.
- Jessica Beaty
AMAZING! TIFFANY HELPED ME MAKE MY DREAM COME TRUE AND SUPPORTED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY!!!!! She makes you so comfortable and confident!
She helped me deliver my son in the comfort of my own home
I love her . She’s like family now and I’m so grateful that I found her when I did
- Cheyenne Munson
I’m eternally grateful for Tiffany and the role she played in my sons birth. She brought an energy to the room that was calm, comforting, and relaxing. She made me feel safe and she gave me the confidence to do what I needed to do to have my baby, just in the way she showed up and held space for me. I think there’s something to be said about a woman who can do this for you in a way that doesn’t make you feel like you’re under pressure to perform. She helped keep me grounded and her disposition constantly reminded me that I was made for this. She respected my autonomy and my wishes and never made me feel pressure to do anything else. My whole birth was so magical and it’s a memory with her I will never, ever forget. Forever grateful for you, Tiffany. I know I’ve said it a million times but you were made for this. This is your calling. You are a blessing to women everywhere.

Birth Your Way
"At Vibrant Life, we believe that birth is a deeply personal and transformative experience that should unfold according to your unique rhythm and desires. 'Birth Your Way' means you have the autonomy to choose the environment and positions that feel most natural to you—whether that’s the soothing weightlessness of a waterbirth, the gravity-assisted comfort of birthing on your hands and knees, or any movement your body calls for. Your birth space is yours to curate; we warmly welcome the presence of siblings, family, and loved ones to share in this sacred journey. Here, your choices are honored, and your birth truly belongs to you."

Standard of Care: Honoring the Transition
At Vibrant Life, our standard of care is rooted in the belief that the first hour after birth is sacred. We practice Optimal Cord Clamping, meaning we wait to clamp and cut the umbilical cord until it has stopped pulsating and is completely white. This ensures your baby receives their full volume of oxygen-rich blood, stem cells, and iron stores.
Beyond the cord, our care standards include:
-
Immediate Skin-to-Skin: Your baby goes directly to your chest to regulate their temperature and heart rate.
-
The Golden Hour: An uninterrupted first hour for bonding and initial breastfeeding.
-
Delayed Newborn Procedures: Weighing and exams are delayed until after you’ve had time to bond.
-
Informed Choice: You are the primary decision-maker for all newborn screenings and Vitamin K/eye ointment options.
Standard of Care:
The Hands-Off Approach
At Vibrant Life, I believe that for most healthy people, birth is not a medical event to be managed, but a natural process to be witnessed. My "hands-off" approach is rooted in deep physiological trust. I prioritize your privacy and your body’s innate wisdom, intervening only if a genuine need arises.
-
Trusting Your Instincts: Your body knows how to birth your baby. I hold space for you to find your own rhythm, move freely, and follow your internal cues.
-
Minimal Interruptions: I perform necessary clinical checks (like listening to your baby’s heart rate) quietly and respectfully, often without you needing to change positions.
-
Observation Over Interference: By staying back and observing, I allow the hormones of labor to flow naturally, protecting the "birth bubble" and the sacred environment you’ve created.
-
Empowered Autonomy: You are the primary actor in your birth story. I am the guardian of your space, there to support, guide, and assist—always with your consent and at your pace.

Breech Trained
Trained through Breech Without Borders and soon after I caught my first set of breech twins! I have assisted caught breech babies and have assisted other midwives catching breech babies. BREECH IS A VARIATION OF NORMAL.

VBAC Friendly
Everyone deserves a trial of labor with each pregnancy. Having a cesarean birth prior is no exception. I have assisted many women on their quest to have a vaginal birth after cesarean.

Holistic Healing: Herbs, Homeopathy & Nutrition
I believe that the foundation of a healthy pregnancy and a smooth birth starts with what we put into our bodies. My primary "medicine cabinet" is filled with the gifts of the earth rather than synthetic prescriptions. We look to whole foods, targeted supplements, and homeopathic remedies first to support your body through common discomforts and alignment.
-
Food as Medicine: We prioritize nutrition to build a strong blood volume and a resilient body.
-
Botanical Support: Utilizing traditional herbs to tone the uterus and balance hormones.
-
Homeopathic Care: Gentle, non-toxic remedies to address the emotional and physical shifts of pregnancy.
Safety Without Over-Medicalization
While my go-to is always natural, I am fully equipped for the unexpected. I carry Pitocin and Misoprostol specifically for the management of postpartum hemorrhage. However, because we honor the physiological process and keep birth "hands-off," these interventions are rarely needed. They are there as a safety net, not a standard.
